This page explains how I handle personal data on this site and when you contact me through my business WhatsApp number.

Who is responsible

I, Vlamir Silva, am responsible for the data described here. You can reach me on LinkedIn.

What I collect and why

  • WhatsApp conversations: when you write to my business WhatsApp number, or I write to you, I keep your WhatsApp name, your phone number, the messages and the files exchanged, so that I can answer you and follow up on our professional relationship.
  • Contact details: if we have a professional relationship, I keep your name, company and contact details in my own business records.
  • This website: the site uses only the technical cookies needed for it to work. It doesn't use advertising trackers.

Legal basis

I process this data under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018), on the basis of legitimate interest and of steps related to a contract or a possible contract with you or your company.

Who else processes it

WhatsApp messages are carried by Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), which processes them under its own terms, including outside Brazil. Everything else is stored on my own server. I don't sell or share your data with anyone else, and I don't use it to train artificial intelligence models.

How long I keep it

I keep conversations and contact details while our professional relationship is active and for as long as the law requires afterwards. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use, by sending me a message on LinkedIn or on WhatsApp. I'll answer within 15 days.

Quando você conversa comigo pelo meu número comercial de WhatsApp, guardo seu nome no WhatsApp, seu número, as mensagens e os arquivos trocados, para responder e acompanhar nossa relação profissional, com base na LGPD (Lei 13.709/2018: legítimo interesse e procedimentos relacionados a contrato). As mensagens trafegam pela Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform); o restante fica no meu próprio servidor. Não vendo nem compartilho seus dados e não os uso para treinar inteligência artificial. Você pode pedir acesso, correção, portabilidade ou exclusão a qualquer momento pelo LinkedIn ou pelo WhatsApp.
